The individual experience of each covers a wide range of capabilities, including but not limited to working in the health care arena, retail, industrial, real estate, financial and benefits organizations.


SPECIALIZED SERVICES

Direct Marketing:
coCreatives is experienced in the creation and execution of promotional communications in all media.  For instance, we can develop a mailing list, determined by any of a number of socio-economic criteria.  We can create materials addressing the concerns of those social subsets, and produce items that adhere to post office mailing rules--and take advantage of economies, by weight, size, and number.  We believe that direct marketing can be a very personal and targeted approach.

Interactive/Web Development:
We have become more and more involved in Web development over the past year, specializing in thoughtful coordination of the client image in every aspect of site design, with special attention to function and marketing analysis.

Local media planning/buying:
Local media planning includes more than looking at the numbers.  In addition to analyzing the real meaning of ratings, differentials for day parts, and the power of combining media outlets, it is important to develop and maintain strong relationships with media representatives.  While it is time-consuming (and sometimes frustrating), those relationships can yield greater impact than anyone could provide who does not have those contacts.  Judy Panse is recognized as being the premier media strategist in the area.

Strategic Planning/Research:
In strategic planning and research, nothing can beat the knowledge and skill derived from experience.  All four principals have run their own businesses for many years, in addition to planning for clients. Various strategic planning approaches have been developed, and depend on an organization’s culture, environment, leadership and size.

Other:
coCreatives has extensive experience in other communications services, including writing and producing broadcast and radio spots, article, brochure, newsletter and technical writing, and logo development and design. In addition, coCreatives can provide print and image development—from concept to final product—from business cards to trade show exhibits and billboards.


COMPENSATION

CoCreatives is your most cost-effective marketing/communications option. We don’t maintain large office space or pay for additional employees. That means that we don’t have to charge a retainer or agency fee. We can, however, arrange compensation to suit the way you like to work.

We can arrange for you to work directly with the media, so we don’t charge a commission, if that’s an option you prefer. All we charge you is a “flat fee” per hour for professional services—and only for the services you need and request.


WORKING WITH NON-PROFIT GROUPS

We understand that as a non-profit organization you have a tight budget and are accountable for every dollar you spend. And as many non-profit groups are usually started for some altruistic purpose, we believe it is also our job to be as economical as possible in providing our services.

Judy Panse has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, helping them find those extra media dollars. She most recently was able to secure discounts and advertising bonus monies, helping the agency get more bang for the buck. In addition, she has become a specialist in developing “grass roots” strategies, often making small budgets yield very effective advertising.
